CORONAVIRUS DISEASE (COVID-19)
FACE TO FACE IN-SALON APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE FROM NOVEMBER 23rd 2020.
Please be patient as I have a huge backlog of clients waiting to see me. I am doing my very best to accomodate everyone. Please note that all new clients will be placed on my waiting list.
I am committed to keeping us all safe. I take infection control very seriously.
I have a 24-hour booking policy in place which is designed to protect not only my business, but also to keep things fair for all clients. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me.
A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. I accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Paypal or direct bank deposit. I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking - I kindly request 24 hours notice so I can offer that time slot to another client*. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded.
However, if you don’t provide me with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited*.
*COVID -19 In-line with the Government requirements, I will roll over your deposit if you need to cancel at short notice due to illness as per my COVID-Safe plan.
Any client who attends an appointment with any signs of illness will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.
COVID -19* In-line with the Government requirements, you must attend your appointment alone. Please do not bring children, babies, parents or friends with you.
Please reschedule your appointment if necessary.
COVID -19* Mobile phones are to be placed in the provided area and must not be handled during your visit.
