I am committed to keeping us all safe. I take infection control very seriously.

All clients are required to provide proof of vaccination status.
In the event of another lockdown, I am still available and committed to your skin health and can offer you free phone and FaceTime consultations.
Contactless product parcel pick up or drop off and express post is available.
I have a 24-hour booking policy in place which is designed to protect not only my business, but also to keep things fair for all clients.
No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me.
A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. I accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Paypal or direct bank deposit. I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking - I kindly request 24 hours notice so I can offer that time slot to another client*. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded.
However, if you don’t provide me with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or your deposit will be forfeited*.
*COVID-19 In-line with the Government requirements, I will roll over your deposit if you need to cancel at short notice due to illness as per my COVID-Safe plan.
Any client who attends an appointment with any signs of illness will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.
