All product purchases above $40 are recorded on your privilege card. After 12 product purchases within 12 months you will be rewarded with a complimentary 30 minute skincare treatment for you to enjoy or a free product.
I have a 24-hour booking policy in place which is designed to protect not only my business, but also to keep things fair for all clients. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage my business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with me. A $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings. I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, so I kindly request 24 hours notice so I can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide me with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may either send a friend or family member in your place, or forfeit your deposit*
Payment is by cash, direct banking, eftpos, Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal.
*COVID-19:Treatments must be cancelled as per my COVID Safe protocol if you are feeling unwell before your appointment. Your deposit will remain, however, if you attend your appointment and you are unwell, you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your deposit.
In the interest of the safety of your child and your sanity, this salon is not a suitable venue for babies or children under 12 years of age. For a calming environment I recommend Mobile phones are to be switched off or on silent*.
